Sunbathing – Brighton Beach, NYC 2016

Nickol continues her longterm project By the Water with a recent visit to Brighton Beach in Brooklyn, New York. These photographs were taken on the opening summer weekend where friends and families gathered both on the beach and at the nearby Russian restaurants and bars on the active boardwalk that runs all the way to Coney Island.
